The authors proposed a new trend of renewable energy development and realized the project of large scale wind turbines. For example, vernacular design in wind turbines plays important role where the authors have proposed the site specified design because the number of turbines will be increased even in Japan, and they may disturb the landscape and impression of these areas. The vernacular design requires wind turbines to adjust their figures for the landscape. Furthermore it can exhibit the idea, mind and trend of people in these areas. The wind turbines in Tokyo have partly realized this idea using specified lighting facility.
